  APPALLING BEHAVIOUR!!!
  Was treated appallingly by the manager and staff. Went to the store and ordered shoes in from another store as they didn’t have my size. I was the only customer there, so the girl was not busy at all. Was told it would be in the store in a week. Over a week later, I called them and there was no record of the order. There were a lot of calls back and forth and the Manager called me and apologised for the stuff up and offered me a 40% off voucher.
  I then received another call from Milly (on 23/04) who said the shoes were returned by another customer and I could get them. I still have the voicemail!! I then called only to be told that she called the wrong customer and that my voucher still stood. I just called today to see if my voucher would be honoured and the girl said there is NO RECORD OF A VOUCHER for me!!! How is that for customer service?! Don’t waste your time with this store. Shops elsewhere.
